Files and retention

We keep uploaded files only as long as needed to process them, then delete them automatically.

  • Guests: files removed after 1 hour (default example).

Use scheduled background jobs to enforce deletion. Update these retention times to match your operational policy and law.

Security

We use industry standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring) to protect data. No system is perfect — contact us if you spot an issue.
